Economics · Applied Mathematics · Engineering Design
I build things to understand how the world works.
I'm interested in the questions that sit between engineering and economics: how products are designed, why some solutions remain expensive, how industries make decisions, and how mathematics can help us understand complex systems.

Curiosity That Moves Between Theory and Practice
I enjoy approaching problems from more than one perspective. Engineering design has taught me to understand user needs, work within material and cost constraints, and test whether an idea works beyond the screen. Economics has helped me ask a different set of questions: who can afford a solution, what influences purchasing decisions, and why do inefficient products sometimes remain widely used?
These questions connect my interests in economics, applied mathematics, manufacturing, and accessible technology.
Featured work
Selected projects
Smart Chair
A user-centred redesign of the standard Indian classroom chair, integrating storage and ergonomic back support — developed through surveys, CAD modelling, and a laser-cut prototype, and written up as a research paper.
Smart Medicine Dispenser
SmartMed — an affordable medication management system with eight drawers, scheduled audio and visual reminders, and a companion phone app, designed around the needs of elderly users and caregivers.
Tennis Ball Feeder
A self-built training machine exploring mechanical design, electronics, performance, and affordability — designed so players can train solo for hours without a feeding partner.
Solar Manufacturing Analysis
Industry experience examining expenses, sales, growth, stock trends, and production costs in solar panel manufacturing.
∂P/∂Q
Economic Systems
Markets, pricing, tariffs, financial access, production decisions, and consumer behaviour.
